Hello guys just received an email from CPCV with following statement....

This letter refers to your application for permanent residence under the Live In Caregiver In
Canada Class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The
Canada Immigration Centre in Vancouver will contact you concerning your permanent resident
status.
Please note: At the time of your appointment, you and your family members, if any, will
be required to present the original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration
Centre. A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be
made at that time. If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the
confirmation of permanent resident document is your name as it appears on your
passport or identity documents.


Does anybody knows here how many days/weeks do i have to wait a letter from CIC Vancouver? Thanks guys. Gudluck to all of us

hey @Boyblue do you got your AOR now?? i don't have it yet though, pero ung isa sa kaibigan ng wife ko sa saskatchewan june 2013 sila nagpasa ng complete application kit...now meron na daw sila AOR.... :( NOT fair

try to contact cem jebok.. or ilapit sa mp ng lc1 mo sa canada...

We're on the same situation my LC2 submitted their application to CEM on july 8,2013 but unfortunately until now wala pang AOR, it's been 5 mos already and it's causing me a lot of stress too, i would like to think na matagal ung AOR but we're gonna receive MR right away.

medio matagal talaga ang AOR ngaun... MR ang medio mbilis ngaun... soon mkktanggap na din kau AOR... tyaga lang sa pghihintay... ganyan din kami sa aor noon inip na inip pero dumating naman din...

Hi raffy220309, thanks that's really what i'm hoping for di bale matagal AOR basta mabilis lang MR, after how many mos nga pala nyo nareciceive AOR since you sent your kit to CEM?

yes sis...1st week of Aug natanggap nia first stage approval, then after two weeks, natanggap niya letter na magbabayad na siya for landing fee, after 2 days letter of her Landing interview....Nov 5 siya naschedule ng CIC Vancouver. PR na siya last month.

@raffy oo sinabi ko na sa lc1 ko na merong MP na maaring hingan ng tulong pero ang lc1 ko di cooperatative sa akin ako pa ang sinisisi baka daw ung add ko ang mali pero i said no sa lbc address ang nakalagay is ung canadian embassy in manila pero ung sa folder ko inside the lbc express plastic ay ung specific add ng lc2 department ng canadian embassy...

@littledipper honestly speaking we are not on the same boat here....don't get offended please look at my time frame i submitted my complete LC2 kit last may 9 2013 tapos ung kakilala na friend ng asawa ko sa Saskatchewan submitted their's june 2013 tapos sila meron AOR ako wala pa???
 
That's y im asking @boyblue if he got his AOR coz we both have the same date and month for sumbittion of the lc2 complet documents and kit....

Sorry, i think u misunderstood me i did'nt say we have the same timeline, i said we 're in the same situation coz we're both waiting for AOR.

It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident
status as a Member of the Live-in Caregiver Class. However, a final decision will not be made
until all remaining requirements have been met. If applicable, all of your family members, both
in Canada and abroad, must pass medical and background checks even if they are not applying
to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you and your
family members have passed the medicals and background checks.
You may now apply for an open work permit, which will allow you to work in the occupation and
location of your choice. You may also apply for a study permit. If applying for a study permit
please ensure you include a letter from the educational institution you plan to attend. The letter
should outline the type of course or program for which you are registered, the start date and the
expected completion date. To obtain the correct forms please visit the Citizenship and
Immigration Canada Internet web site at [cic.gc.ca] or contact the Immigration Call
Centre at the number indicated below.
The overseas office in Nairobi is responsible for processing the applications for permanent
residence of your family members outside Canada.
Please note that application forms for your family members will not be sent by the mission in
Nairobi. You or your family members are responsible for obtaining and completing the
required application forms which must be sent to the Canadian visa office in Nairobi.

Any idea what's next? How will I know on which stage I am? The links are not even working(Please not that here i had to remove the 'http' and 'www' from the links). What are these forms that I need to send them? Any idea how long this would take more now? I'm confused and worried :(
