Here's my timeline:

LC1 PR application sent to CIC : February 18, 2011
LC1 OWP Received : December 2011
DM on Ecas : March 2, 2013
AIP : March 7, 2013
LC2 kit received : March 23, 2013
LC2 kit sent to CEM : April 3, 2013
AOR : June 26, 2013

Congras and thank you for your reply! It just took couple months for you to get AOR since you sent the kit, but why they said it takes 2 years from sending the kit until getting AOR now? Hopefully not!

Also, they are still on strike, right? However, if you got AOR today, that means they are still working during strike?

Di man sila nag email na natanggap na nila. Pero may tracking number ang LBC, so nung mag follow up ako sa LBC Sabi nareceive na daw nung guard. I Even got worried kasi 60 days had passed wala pa din. Pero patience Lang talaga eh. Kahit mag follow up Ka, computer generated Lang Ang reply.BTW, when did your LC1 submit application for PR?

yes, it is stated on the checklist, as follows:

CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR LC2
Please attach a copy of this checklist to your application as your covering page.
Complete and return this checklist along with all the required documents within 60 days. Please refer to the enclosed “Instructions for Permanent Residence for Overseas Family Members of In-Canada Applicants under the Live-In Caregiver Program” in case you have any questions regarding any of the documents required.
Please put a check mark (
) in the box corresponding to the documents you are enclosing. If you do not enclose all the required documents, the processing of your application and that of your relative’s may be delayed or result in a refusal.
• Send originals of the police certificates and forms listed in items 1 to 6 below.
• Send photocopies only of all other documents, unless instructed otherwise.
• If your documents are not in English or French, include an accurate translation with a copy of the originals. Failure to do
so could result in substantial processing delays.
• Please note that any photos and/or documents submitted with your application will NOT be returned to you.
• Please do not staple your documents.

Note: Police certificates are the NBI Clearance and Foreign Police Clearance if you have resided in another country for the past six months or so. If not, only the NBI Clearance needs to be submitted, among other requirements, to make your application kit complete. You will avoid further delay if you submit a complete kit as required by CEM.
