Live-in caregiver PR applicants for April,May and June timeline

YES! ALL OUR DEPENDANTS RECEIVED THE LC2 KIT LAST FEB 2011 AND GOT THE AOR LAST MARCH 2011.
WE ARE WONDERING WHY TILL NOW NO OWP FOR US. ACCDG TO RAFAEL FABREGAS, HAVING DEPENDANTS IS NOT GENERALLY RELEVANT DURING THE FIRST STAGE ASSESSMENT...

MAY I KNOW THE TIMELINE OF YOUR SISTER IN LAW?

ok, Its crazy what is going on i am wondering if it just depends on who is handling the cases. I myself have 2 dependents and applied December 31,2010.

My sister in law applied for PR/OWP February 20, 2010.

Your sis in law is just 2 months ahead of us. She's so lucky! By the way, when did she get her OWP? her PR?

this is crazy eh? Goodluck to palusa. I myself haven't sent my application yet, and i wont be done till nov and i have a friEnd told me before that i can actually send my application 2 months before i complete the 24 months, in which i said i will just wait. Sometimes it is always good to ask and good thing we have a forum like for us to be informed about immigration and stuff.
 
Finally.I got my divorce judgement today.so my status now is divorce with one dependents.
 
Hi, answer to both questions.

My sister in law was very luck yeah. She got her permit in February 2011 and her PR landed interview on August 22. She lives in Mississauga Ontario.


The status of my dependents is unclear. I have not received any information from CIC nor have they been contacted by the office back home. That is too bad, when i applied the time line was that i was suppose to get OWP December 2011 now it wont be until maybe April 2012 and hopefully when April comes its not down to December 2012.

Your sister in law and I have almost the same timeline because i applied also my owp/pr last feb.2010 and got my owp last january 2011 am married with 2 dependants.until now my dependants in the philippines are waiting for medical request from CEM what is your sister in law nationality and which province of canada she applied for pr? because this is where the basis of Lc2 processing time abroad.

I have 5 dependents in the Philippines and I've been a single mom for seven years. Just wondering what are the procedures that you did. I wanted to get it before I will apply for permanent residency next year. Thanks for your reply.

just go to the lawyer, and tell them that you want to file a divorce.

Thank you for the reply this is why your sister in law got that fast PR approval together with her dependants, because maybe there are less Live in Caregiver dependants at the Canadian Embassy in Jamaica, compare with the Volume of applicants at the Canadian Embassy in Manila.
