Hello ladies,
I want to share my timeline, Hope this will give you hope! I'm a single applicant from the Philippines, and still presently working with the same employer (1 employer ever since), and moving to other city in Dec. 6, 2011. I worked in Hong kong for 2yrs and 6months before I applied in Canada. Didn't recieve any client update form nor any call from CIC at all. I am currently in Windsor Ontario
Sept. 27, 2010 = CIC recieved my papers
Nov. 17, 2010 = CIC started processing my papers
Nov. 9, 2011 = They sent a letter; ECAS status changed to DECISION MADE
Nov. 16, 2011 = Recieved my Open Work Permit
Nov. 17, 2011 = Recieved my Landing interview letter.
Dec. 1, 2011 = Landing interview Date ( appointment for 2nd stage approval, PR)

Everything is falling into place, just in time for me! Just when I thought im running out of time coz I'm moving to other place sometime soon, that's when the letters arrived. Cheer up everyone! :)

Congrats applelove!

Congrats Applelove...Hope sooner we'll have good news from May 2010 married applicants...(:

Hello, I need help!! My husband rcvd a letter from CIC saying he did not submit some documents. Like copy of contract and evidence that he completed the 3900 hrs within 4 yrs! Why would they send that letter after 18 months and the documents they are asking have been submitted already? And besides we, his LC2, already rcvd the kit and AOR. Is this some kind of a sick joke? Why would my husband submit his application without those important documents!! Any advice? Anyone?

OMG!!! thats horrible!!! Being 18 months exorbitant processing times, your husband just got that terrible letter!!! Sorry to hear that but he will get OWP right away after submitting the additional documents.
Cheer you up. ;D

Thanks, but what we are ranting about is that those documents they are asking are already submitted and acknowldged that they have it.
