Just noted this update in my CIC online information.......

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.

We started processing your application on June 18, 2010.

Medical results have been received. (NEW)

A decision has been made and you will be contacted."(NEW)

Does anybody know how long it takes for CIC to contact you after a decision has been made??? I hope this is good news!!!! Please share your insight if you have received this as well??

i need some advice, i submitted my application for OP and PR last march 2011. Can i still have a vacation in the philippines or should i just wait for my OP before having my vacation?? Is there anybody here have the same situation like me??

HI waiting Agony,

Congratz... Decision has been made means, your OWP is on the way, may be you have already recieved it. after that, you have to waite for the PR processing/background chek...ect. After I got my OWP, I was waiting 7 months to aproved PR(27 june 2011). But still waiting for the interview letter. dont know when its going to be. I called CIC today, they said, My application is done and they sent me a letter, still i didnt get that, because of postal delay. and I will be informed for the interview by the local office. MY local office is the one of busiest office in GTA, waiting........

Hey girls!!! I have a question, what means LC KIT??? and whatever is that, is before the OWP?? I sent my appication on June 26th, 2010 and have my daugther back home... haven't get OWP or LC KIT ... Thanks and be cool, we will not give up coz we have been working hard for this, a few months and is done!!!
