I coudnt understant why the single applicants applications are like a rocket, but how about the couples if you're both here and have only one minor dependant back home, i understand, if you're single they doesnt need to do...

In my opinion, CIC are just the type of people doesnt want to work, dont you guys notice, they are just processing the single applicants until May, they doesnt care at all the april because, compared to single and w/dependant, single is less paper work, married has a lots of papers to evaluate...
