Linking paper baser application before AOR

Hi

My paper based application reached NS, Sydney on 29th June 2016 but i do not Areceived AOR yet ...Is it normal??

Now days cic is taking 100 to 120 days to issue AOR.

I have received my Paper base packet which returned by CIC with ticking the reason as mentioned below : (Envelop was totaly opened and sent by ordinary post, which Postman threw it at my home compound with a sweet sound "Dhamm" )
Proof of Language Profeciency
Starting July 1, 2012, some applicants of Provincial/Territorial Nominee Programmes are required to complete a language proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies :
IELTS (General Training Test only)
CELPIP (General Test Only), and/or
TEF
Please Note : The Nominating Province has indicated you require a language test to be submitted to IRCC with your Permanent Resident Application. If there is a discrepancy in the information the Province has provided to our department (Language Test required) , Please contact the Province for direction before resubmitting your application.

CIC has returned my Paper base due to " Cancelled as Incomplete" and don't refund the Processing Fee, which I paid through Credit Card instant payment. What is the reason? I would send my Application again after IELTS exam. Have I to pay Processing Fee again or my earlier paid fee will work?

Have you receive AOR? My application reached NS, Sydney on 24th,June 2016 but still haven't received AOR yet...I think we have same timeline. Can you please let me know if you received your AOR? Thank you so much!

Thanks god! today I was able to link my paper base application to my account and I got XEP# ;D
my PNP PR application was received on September 22, 2016 in Sydney, NS

For my knowledge yes you have to pay for processing fees again.

I want to know somethinng. CIC don't request IELTS for 0, A and B category NOC, if I am inland applicant ( PNP paper - based application form). Am I right ?

Because I didn't take IELTS test

I filed under Sinp applicant inland with NOC B category with no ielts and got file number.

was that because for SINP-OID, when you submited for your PNP the language test is mandatory? so that's why when you apply PNP to CIC you still need a language test as well even your NOC it's fall under B level.

I tried your suggestions and followed the steps but I still get the message :

Based on the information you entered, we found: no applications.
What do I do next?
You can:
• go back and try again, as you may have made a mistake entering your information
• wait 24 hours, as sometimes it can take time for applications to be entered into our system

You can only try to link an application 5 times in 24 hours.

do you know why?
can anyone help me, why cant I link my account?

Does anyone of you recognize this name? Does anybody here had their application received by the same guy?

I have not received any notice or email yet.

Can you check your application online while waiting for AOR?
