Linking paper baser application before AOR

Hi,

My application was also received by THOMAS on 26th. And not able to link my application. we have to wait for more time. There is no concern regarding receiver.

So what's the problem? Link after AOR is received. It becomes easy.

Hi. I have submitted my docs on June 19,2017. Tried to link my app thru all possible ways that was mentioned in this thread, but to no avail, still can't link my application online. Any other suggestions you could give? I'm just worried about the status of my docs. Thanks for any reply.

Update: My paper based application was received at CIO Sydney 11 Aug 2016 and I was successfully able to link it to mycic account today . The application number starts with XEP. I guess the X will be removed after AOR

Mine has XEP in my file no. Can you teach me how ti link my application
