Linking paper baser application before AOR

I had sent my application and was recieved on 11th July 2016 by MIKE KRSWDA. Still unable to link my file
Even tried every trick possible.

I want to know somethinng. CIC don't request IELTS for 0, A and B category NOC, if I am inland applicant ( PNP paper - based application form). Am I right ?

Because I didn't take IELTS test

You are correct. You don't need ielts

If i put the correct number it shows my application us not found but if i put 1 it will tell me my application is found. please my question is if a link it will there be problem in the future.

I think it is necessary. They cancelled my OID Application with Message showing on my Linked Paper based application "Cancelled as Incomplete", but they don't mention the reason, I think the main reason is IELTS, cause my IELTS expired on 21 June 16, and Paper based got delivered on 24 June. I have not received the returned application yet, I think it is on the way. CIC don't have any Email address to ask about. I am so tense now, my Nomination is valid till 30th Nov.

You are correct. You don't need ielts

IELTS copy is needed weather you belongs to any category of NOC the best practice is to attache the TRF to CIO. Failed to attache may results of return/cancelled your application without processing it.

i dont tink so, i think thats how the programed the stuff, everybody linking application used 1, linking application does not affect application, is just a means by which u see complex details about your application
