I applied for SNIP OID - my application bean received since 29 Jul (received by MIKE) - till now I can't link it
Is that normal ?- I am afraid of something wrong happened or my application lost in CIC
do you advice to resend it again ? specially my IELTS will expired on 11/11

Do not resend ur application as this could cause serious delay if you have two applications with CIC. why not exercise a little patience as some of us here waited for three months before AOR. Not bin able to link ur application is not an indication that your documents got lost in transit provided you have the delivery mail and receiver's signature from ur courier service.

I am also in same boat it's almost 40 days passed and I am still struggling with the linking application to mycic. My application got delivered on 14th July and received by D.Stevenson.

I got the pod from Fedex, I was also thinking for the same but got convenced when I found fsw 2014 global tracker in which I found Mike, D.LEWIS and D.Stevenson are the cic members at cio who is taking our application.....So better to wait till get the AOR and dam sure if we get the AOR then with the help of UCI we can able to link our application. Best of Luck.

Thats just two months and it was 90 days of waiting in the past... i believe ur AOR is close.

In last part of ur guide i.e number of family members , u said that always enter 1 here . What is the reason behind this as I have 5 members including me as Principal Applicant .

Guys,

Even after your trick I am unlucky to link my application, the issue is with my given name.

I don't entered given names on generic imm0008 form and entered all my names in family name section of the same form.

This problem start here. On my passport there is no surname mentioned all names are in given name filed and as per cic if you don't have family name/surname on your passport then enter all your names in family name section of the imm0008 form. So I did the same and followed the cic instructions.

But in mycic it is mandatory to meniton family name and given name. I can't leave given name field blank.

Please help me as per my evaluation this could be the issue as I don't have given name mentioned on my cic forms that's why unable to link it.

If you have any other trick then please explain to me...I am extremely worried about this and thinking that my application got misplaced...

I tried to leave given name blank, entered N/A, used space, used "," and all logical tricks but no success.

Finally i was able to link my application to my cic. And as suggested by some members here you have to enter 1 only as ur family members.
thanks for the guidance friends.
BTW MYCIC also doesn't show any progress at all. It says Eligibility Review not started so Medical is not even needed at this time :-X

I can't thank you enough! After many unsuccessful attempts, I followed your guide exactly and IT WORKED! What apparently did the trick was to enter just 1 family member (even though we applied as a family of 5). Thank you!
