Linking paper baser application before AOR

Would u please share the trick how do u link the paper base application?

It was pretty straight forward. I used first name, last name & dob option. Make sure you watch for spelling mistakes. I know a friend who got his aor in april 2016 but still cannot link his file.

This is weird. If i were you, i would try to go to Link application option in mycic account and try linking it again. May solve the issue or might not. Worth giving a shot i guess.

My application reached to NS on 29th June 2016 but still I am unable to link my application ..
When I enter my details the website respond NO APPLICATION FOUND

My file was received on MAY 24 as PNP inland applicant.

Did not get any AOR yet ?

Should I call CIC ? Is there any one with same issue ?

I sent my application to CIO and received it on 14th July 2016, Still i am doing struggle to link my application to MyCIC, One question i have

Q. Is given name is important to search the application ?

Note: I have no surname mentioned on my passport and all names are in Given name section, as per CIC if you do not have surname mentioned on your passport then enter all your names in Family name section, so i did the same and entered all names in family name section of all cic forms, and given name section are blank.

Now the situation is on MyCIC it is mandatory for us to enter Family Name, Given Name, and Date of Birth Details to find the application, and i am not entering anything in Given name and searching the application, even i am putting same name in given name section also no success, tried all types of tricks but failed to get my application.


Please suggest, I need your vital opinions on it.

I am still awaiting for AOR.
My application received by and as per the Fedex POD is : D.STEVENSON.

The Linking system is very glitchy. I sent my file on 21 July 2016 and it was received on 25 July 2016. Since then I have been trying to link my application via mycic more than 25 times and did not work. Now just an hour ago I tried again and it suddenly worked. I have an XEP number still. Im hoping it will soon change to EP.

Just try using the Given name, Family name and DOB option in MyCIC. My application was received by a doug stephens apparently.

Hi Guys,
I had applied for Permanent Residency with Manitoba Provincial Nomination under Skilled Worker Oveseas inland. My documents was recieved on 11th of July 2016. When can I expect file number or any correspondence from CIC. Did try to to link my application absolutely no luck!.

Just try using the Given name, Family name and DOB option in MyCIC. My application was received by a doug stephens apparently.

I don't have given names mentioned in my application and I cannot put given name filed blank on mycic. That's the major problem I have. What you suggest?
