Linking Application...when?

Good day fellow immigrants!

I received my AOR last week (on April 14) and from what I thought I understood, I should now be able to link my application to check the status. I applied online, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, but when I try to link it through here I get the "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." message. I remember the headaches of linking my application through my GCKey account before, so I'm not sure if this is one of those situations, or if I'm jumping the gun on linking the application too soon. Anyone have some sage words of wisdom about the linking?

I know the citizenship process is long, so I'm being a bit of ninny about getting it linked right away...but still. This ninny wants to be able to refresh my application status a few times a day for the next _____ years :p

As an online applicant you cannot login to ECAS(the link which you shared)
You can create your profile on Citizenship Application Tracker: https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

I've tried and tried registering there, but it says my UCI and/or application number are incorrect. I received my AOR 10 days ago, so I'm not sure what the issue is on their end - I've tried entering the UCI with and without dashes. :confused:
