LICO Parents Sponsorship

I applied for parents sponsorship in 2010 and CIC has now asked me to provide them with Option C document from 2009 and 2010.

The LICO for 4 people was $40,259 and $41,198 in 2009 and 2010, respectively. However, the current LICO for 2013 is $43,292 for 4 people. Given, that I applied in 2010, will CiC Mississauga use the LICO figures for 2009 and 2010 or the most recent one i.e. from 2013?

They will see the ones for 2009 and 2010 to make sure you're in compliance of LICO.

But if your income is sufficient for all years then it's not an issue of you send option-C for all the years from 2009 to current.

They will use the old value, which was in 2009/2010....
