Letter of Invitation - Visitor VISA for my wife

Hello guys,

I am trying to figure out to apply for Visitor VISA for my wife and stuck on a couple of documents. Could anyone please share a sample invitation letter which I can use to create mine?

What is your status here, why visitor visa? Why not spousal visa/spousal sponsorship?
