letter from cic explaining delay

hi evryone, my area belong to Paris office, i applied in 18 august 2015 and had interview in 2nd march, because we didn't get any answer yet we wrote a letter to cic askin why they taking long, and that was there answer:
Dear Sir,

Please note that the background check is underway and we expect to receive the results within a few week

This step in the processing, sometimes quite lengthy, is followed very closely by our section. We understand that the waiting time can be difficult and we assure you that your application will be finalized as quickly as possible.

For all further correspondence, you must include the complete FILE NUMBER, written as above, in the title and in the text of your message. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your application.

It means that you passed eligibility( Interview was done to determine if your relationship is genuine so that you could be sponsored under Family Class), apparently they were satisfied by your answers and they went on with background check and security. I am sure the results of your interview are POSITIVE otherwise you would have seen DM with refusal letter. Keep waiting you are almost done. You can now order your GCMS to confirm what I said.
