I already paid my Right of Permanent Residence Fee upon lodging my application for open work permit and permanent residence.

Yup, I already paid it before I received the DM letter. I paid RPRF together with the processing fee of permanent residence and open work permit.

I could not pay fees online (forgot my password for On-line services, so that maybe I can register for a new account to pay fees online), but want to pay at CIC office before the scheduled interview...can I do so?

PR/OWP application sent - July 17
Received by CIC - July 18
AOR - August 15
AIP - September 26
