Help please ;)

Canadian female sponsoring Korean husband, having trouble understanding certain questions of the application package. I'm currently living in Korea but I'm a Canadian citizen. Applying from abroad.

1) Application to sponsor and undertaking form --

LENGTH OF UNDERTAKING
ID #

What do I put in this field?

2) Sponsor questionnaire form --

Question 9. Are you a naturalized Candian or permanent resident of Canada?

No
Yes -- on what date did you become a permanent resident? (I'm going to put my birthday) is this
correct?
-- Which Candian visa office issued your immigrant visa or confirmation of permanent residence? (I'm
going to put 'Canadian citizen born in Canada temporarily residing in Korea) is this okay?

3) Application for permanent residence in Canada form

Visa office requested (I'm living in Seoul, South Korea but I know I will need to submit my paperwork to Canada however, I will be living in South Korea until my husband gets his PR approved -- should I put Seoul?)

1) In IMM3900E, Sponsor's Guide, you can read that those boxes are for official use only. (Them being grey should be a hint. ;) )
2) If you were born in Canada you were not naturalised, so you should check "no". Your Korean husband, if he becomes a citizen, would be naturalised.
3) Your husband's citizenship/residency status determines where the application will be processed. In his case it is Seoul. You will send the application to Mississauga first, however, and they will then forward the application.
