Got my GCMS notes yesterday. Here r some details n I didn't understand.

Congrats on getting notes.

First tell me date on notes? You can see middle top of any page?

S16(1)(c) is there which means they wanted to verify your job and as per note 1, dated . 7/11/11, he opted for job verifications so you and your employer received verification calls on 18/11/11. and as you said personal visit to your work place on 18/7/12 but it doesn't say in notes so he might have hidden comments about that one under act S16(1)(c) .

After 7/11/11 there is no updation in your file like any more notes of visa office , Just a BFD of 14/1/13 which has just passed. Also ECU verification is pending.

When they visited your work place was he satisfied with your job ? And what about telephone verifications, how they went?


Also tell me under History you will see Application status, keep going..you will reach just Application. What is

As you said text in some notes is blank, this is due to act s16(1)(c), s15(1), S(19)...To understand what are they go through this thread of mine..

Conclusion. Just wait and see because the main concern was verifications and if they have done successfully then no worries. After verifications, a review is required. It seems you are stuck at last stage of ECU in NDVO. As last BFd of 14/1/13 is just passed so you can expect good news..Keep your fingers crossed and good luck..

- I am Jan 2010 applicant and have done medical, sent passport and RPRF in June 2012.
- My file has been in ECU since April 2011 as per my caips note. I mean ECU is is handling my file since April 2011.
-As per my caips note the final review has been completed by visa officer
- crim- passed bur nothing on sec
- psdec 1 Selectin dec-1 point is 70

- file reviewd on 7jan 2013

Now my question is what does
PAPER FILE SENT TO: ECU BF FILE TO : RFV ON 13-01--2013 MICROLOCATOR mean? Pls guide me.how long should i wait mow??

First they called to my employer.Then my Wife's employer. Then to me.When they called my employer, I was not there. They asked same questions to me n my employer.We both gave the correct answer.But my wife's employer gave one wrong answer about her salary.Just this ans was mismatch with my answer.

Two persons were there one was Indian n one was Canadian. When they came to my work place at 06:45 pm,it was break time. So no cooks were present there. Not even accountant was there.So they came next day n met me at 03:00 pm. First they check my salary slips & attendance. Asked my employer about me.Then they came to Kitchen n asked me some questions, which I answered correctly. Like recipes n other cooking related questions.They clicked my photo.

This date of personal verification is not mentioned in my notes.
Why no updation is there.

Application 1 clearly relates to your personal visit verification (which took place on 18/7/12) when new value shows "not started" and updated date is 19/4/12. It is clear they have not updated it and have not mentioned any details about telephonic verification and personal visit. The reason is because you have not passed eligibility yet so they are hiding these details under act S16(1)(c). Once you will pass eligibility you will be able to see all concerns about your file and details of telehphonic verification / personal visit.. If you order new GCMS after you pass eligibility you will be able to see these things.

Now as per latest application status mentioned by you on first page of GCMS

Your case is with ECU department and waiting for clearance from ECU. As I stated before your last BFD was 14/1/13 so you can expect some thing in near future but clearly case is with ECU people now. Just give it some time and my best wishes for you..

Yes assessment shows eligibility passed but if you look at note 1 he said "Note: Eligibility decision was entered in error" and that was done on 7/11/11

To verify it as I said above under History you will see Application status, keep going..you will reach just Application. What is

Forget about 10 applications. I only asked where eligibility is mentioned. Any way its clear now eligibility was passed on 4/11/11 but on 7/11/11 he wrote in note 1 that "Note: Eligibility decision was entered in error"

That means eligibility is not passed yet and assessment showing eligibility passed is not correct.

your case is stuck with ECU I guess. Just give it some time and you will be ok..Good luck
