Is there any likelihood of reviewing the Eligibility and Verification of the file once the Eligibility Passed and Verification done? As per my GCMS, the Eligibility got passed on 2012-05-05 but they wrote me a letter on 2012-05-08 to send me the same documents which I had already sent to their Office (regarding the change of my family status). Later on, when I wrote them back on 2012-05-10 to check if they got the supporting documents, I didnt get any response from them, but on 2012-06-05 the Criminality was passed. Am I still at the risk of getting verified my job n so on??

Yes with S(15) you are ok no problems...Only s(16)(1)(c) is dangerous..means job verification/other verification will be done...Thanks

I think No, For you verification has already been done so highly unlikely to do verification again. Just wait for next visa quota and you will get medicals ..Good luck to you..

I sent updated documents in Aug 2012, Recieved by LVO-27/08/2012- Now on CSI they said criminality checks are going on do you have any idea how much time they will take for MR.

I Sent two from Pakistan,ISB/RWP, one from Dubai-total three

Dear they are in process of verifying your police clearance certificates. I don't know how long they will take to verify. Islamabad/RWP is easy, I don't know about Dubai...but hopefully sooner insha Allah you will get MR. you can search on google to see if any links are there to get rough idea how long they take to verify police clearance from Dubai...but I think it will be over soon also..

I am not sure on the job verification/other verification but i observe that, they have updated something on my file but data is hided, only dates are displayed in my CAIPS.
