GCMS date 22nd june 2012 received,
Details:
Updated date: 04/02/2012
Cost recovery- complete
RPRF- complete
Economic: ministerial instruction –met
Assessment: Eligibility- pass, security- not started, criminality- not started, Spouse- counterfoil required, medical- pass,
Admissibility: security – not started (activity – 1-11caqsk)- 7-11-2011, police certi- received, no adverse info, medical- pass, misrepresentation- 0, ministerial relief- 0, Finalize application- 0, verification- completed (31-1-2012), selection- pass (3-2-2012),
Visa officer comments:
Feb-212 – mr, marriage que, pcc, marriage photos, RPRF requested- PPT not requested as PA lives in UK, restriction- 0,
FEb-2012 – request mr, marriage que, marriage photos, RPRF, PPT, after all requirements met – pending crim
Feb-12 – FOSS check – nothing adverse, got 71 point when assessed under IRPA, foreign travel on file, POF-satisfactory, will ask for marriage photos as was married 4 months before application.
Jan-12 – FOSS review completed: Work experience and education: docs appear genuine, civil docs on file- appear genuine photos on file- complaint pending –PPT, Med, RPRF, PCC- file kept in ECU for officer review,,,

What do you think? When should I expect PPR? – my timeline is on my profile… whats is mean by counterfoil required?

Hi!

Everything is ok for you except criminality and security which have not started yet. Your police clearance from UK is pending and security checks have also not completed yet. What is the date on your notes I mean what date you requested them. It can be found on Top middle of any page (Requested date). You should expect PPR in 2-3 months maximum time but hopefully it will be much earlier. Good luck to you..

So I assume you requested GCMS on 22 Jun 12 and received on 21 July 2012. Is that correct ? So the latest information available is as of 22 june 2012. There is a possibility that some further work would have done on your file from 22 June 2012 to 21 July 2012 which we can't see unfortunately.

Can you see any BFD in your notes. It is found on page 2 under assessments. Application assignment due date is your BFD.

As I said in my last post you just give it some time (2-3 months maximum) and you will get PPR. Nothing is adverse for you and keep your fingers crossed.

I recvd my caipsnotes, unfortunately nothing done so far , but at least my file assigned by officer and bfd in page 2 was on 19-5-2012 , the requested date for gcms was on 27-June-2012' but so far nothing from visa office and my Ecas still shows rbvo....

Your CAIPS are no different from any other 6-12 month wait letter applicant. However there are some really strange things like

I think he has mixed you with some other applicant. My advice to you is write them an email and mention these things that you found the above in your CAIPS and you got nothing to do with that and to correct that. Also clear them about your birth certificate issue and explain them clearly what had happened. Lastly don't claim relative's points of wife as he is not going to award you any way and you are ok without that.

Hi!

Dear he told me in last email that my file is currently awaiting review by an officer and he can't tell when this review will take place. So just hoping any thing good comes out soon. I also wish you receive your medicals soon and keep your hopes alive. In my last GCMS there was no BFD. Just wait for some time and you will go in process soon. Thanks
