All you need is your relative's help (use their credit card for the $5 payment, and use their address for applying). Apply on CIC website directly.
You will fill the forms, Scan them and send to relative by email and they apply on your behalf right away.
Give your email address to the relative so they can submit that email address to order GCMS.
CIC sends GCMS by email so then you will receive them in your email......they don't send papers or CD anymore. It's email.
Quick and easy and reliable.

Don't go to these non-cic websites for this. You have relative they can help u to apply.

I have requested gcms notes via visafile 21 days ago. On the site is mentioned 45 days but could it be possible to receive them earlier?

If you have ordered through Visafile then you will receive in exact 30 days from the day you have ordered [i.e. received the email from Mr. Valery]

App Date : 3rd November, 2014
CC charged: 6th January, 2015
PER : 29th January, 2015
Visa Office : London

in GCMS NOTES, they mentioned PA PUT AWAY
and due date is 15th September, 2015.

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
security: Not started
Medical: Not started:

when should I expect any update from LVO. ...

i odered gcms note today but i confused bcz they requested me concent letter to sign so my wife is in canada and iam in pakistan so who is applicant do i need to write my name their or just her name is enough

Dear don't take risk just for saving little money, it is not recommended to share your UCI NUMBER and application number. Apply your self, it cost just 20 CAD only.

It doesn't matter of saving money to order GCMS notes, it's about I can't ask for help from anyone else in Canada. The only one thing I can do now is waiting with my time line below :

Visa Office......: Singapore
NOC Code......: 2263
App. Filed : 30/6/14,
PER date : 28/10/14
AOR Received : 16/12/14
Second line update : 28/8/15 "We started processing your application on December 3, 2014."
Med's Request : Waiting

Seems they have't started processing yet. Don't worry.

At this time, you should check the notes, make sure all your personal info/data is correct, such as date of birth, name spelling, passport info, address and contact numbers, any email address, etc.

the very last section of the notes (NOTES/COMMENTS) is always the most important, where they write comments on file when they start processing.....(for future reference)

I don't know through which website you have applied, but normally the GCMS NOTES come exactly after 30 days from date of apply. You will receive your GCMS NOTES after one month in your email (inbox), which you have given in form. It almost 45 to 50 pages notes, contains all the details from the date of application submission till the date (you applied for GCMS note). Please also share your timeline and progress of your application.

Nothing since then

Gcms is strange
File location not mentioned or whited out
Security check going for me and spouse
Criminality passed for me
Eligibility passed
Other is blank or whited out
No verification to employer till date
God knows what ndvo is with my file

The wait seems endless.....
If some come put light on gcms understanding ? Why security chek before Mr?

u r coming to canada ur eligibility is passed then no need of employer verifications.
due to security reasons they use whitening, dont worry as long as there is no any misrepresentation
after security clearing u will be in canada

Gcms notes did create confusion as normally security check is started after mr,
More over some said s.16.1.c is for some verification but in verification section 0 is written
And after 8 months from slu I have not received MR,
So I was bit worried I thought vo has put my file away for some reasons
Can u explain why security check before Mr? My foreign travel is nil,
