OK, so I have decided to apply for GCMS through my relative in Canada, now I have to fill 2 forms i.e IMM5563 and IMM5744, right?

But how can I pay fee online? Should I pay for it or ask my relative from canada to pay it? If anyone has link where I can pay, please respond.

PA should apply for it, just to simply process and not to go through the Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request (IMM 5744) form.

If you are the PA and have access to internet then you can order GCMS notes yourself and have them send you electronic copy of it. And you can pay yourself.

I m newbie,would be grateful if you could advise me ,

want to request for GCMS and i doubt if it may coz delay on my application ,or if VO will get informed that I've requested for ATIP coz extra processing time or at least extra document request or extra severity ?

I just have a question regarding the GCMS notes to order by my husband living in Canada what doc does he need to attach just a copy of passport and proof of address? Is the proof of address neccessary? He just changed the home address and it is different from the address in the application does it matter?

I want to obtain GCMS notes with the help of a friend, who lives in Canada.
But I want to pay for it using my own international Mastercard. Is it possible ?
I've already paid the PR application fee, using this card.

That is, after he has lodged the application, I will pay CAD 5 using the ATIP file number (A-XXXX-XXXXX or P-XXXX-XXXXX),

I have one query if 30 days are completing and that day is falling on a Saturday, so will i get it on Saturday?


Does CIC issue GCMS notes on Saturday or then it goes to Coming Monday??

Many time atip issue early and sometimes late not necessary on the date as mentiond

I am little confused about SECTION "C" . it says you must write your designated individuals contact information. Do i need to have a representative or i can just put my name there or leave it blank.

And , All the 3 websites are charging $40 , whereas lawpoint.ca is charging $25 ... So is there any difference ? I mean if I apply from caipsnotes.com , they will charge $40 , so does this means that the people who are charging $40 will provide an easy to read GCMS notes ?

They charge 20 CAD and have ordered from them previously..
