Could you please display your IELTS bands as I have noticed plenty of grammatical and syntax error in your letter. It is strongly advised please take a sincere preparation prior to re-appearing for the exam. I am not disappointing you, just advising you the best option.

Do not mention that you and your family like Canada. This is irrelevant information.

Good luck.

he really loves it thats why he is mentioning ;D

oops sorry dear. we are not making fun. actually we tried to correct you that if you want VO to consider your request, you should not write you love canada, instead write something more credible or do not write at all. check my last post.... sorry if you are hurt in any way

If i send this letter they will reply to me or not?

Post the entire letter so that I can have a look at whether there is any mistake or irreleveant information. You must reveal your bands as I have already suggested. It will help me to provide you with the best option with a view to improving english language skill.

Believe me if you do not take any preparation your next score will be same as previous result.

Regards.

Dear Immigration Section London,
I am writing this letter in order to inform you that I have was not able to receive the appropriate score on the IELTS exam dated 25th of September.

I would like to request that you to give me another opportunity to improve my score. In order for this to happen however, I would need to have my processing time extended to the 11th of December as this is the next available IELTS exam date in my region.

I apologize for not reaching the appropriate band score as outlined in the immigration guidelines. I am very dedicated to immigrating to Canada. Not only are there more opportunities for professionals in my field, but also for my family to have a safe and healthy environment to live in.
I would like to thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Please take the exam again. I am sure visa officer will give you another chance.

Listening: During the exam circle the key words of the question.
Example: Which part of the dissertation Colin do not like? If you circle which part, dissertation, not when you have time to look at question. During the tapescript you will understand what you must write. The answer could be literature review, data collection techniques, interview etc. Follow this procedure upto question 40. Between question 28-40 you must understand what you should write.

Writing: 1. Do not use any contraction e.g don't, can't. Write do not instead of don't.
2.Do not copy the line as in the question
3.Avoid repeating word. For instance, if you have used the word people. Write synonyms of people in the next sentence e.g. Citizen, human beings, residents etc.
4. Consider formal and informal writing.Example: I am very busy right now. Right now is informal word. You must write I am very busy at the moment/at present which is formal.

There are some more things to consider. I have just mentioned some according to your letter you typed.

Buy one Thesaurus which will provide you with a plethora of synonyms.

I have corrected your letter and made it brief. If you are happy with that go ahead.

Dear Sir,

Re: I Want to reappear for the IELTS exam

I have taken the IELTS exam on 25th of September, 2010. Unfortunately, I have not achieved the desired band due to full time work day before the exam. Moreover, I was unable to concentrate my mind fully in the exam. To my knowledge, IELTS score is paramount in order to achieve the passmark.

Therefore, I would like to request you please extend my deadline of submitting IELTS until 11th of December, 2010.

I would like to apolozise for this situation. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Reading your final draft letter, I think your case is not very strong. Reading your letter, you will be less likely to get a reply from VO.

Please read this press release cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2010/2010-03-10.asp

You need to prove that you have sufficient English skill to work and establish well in Canada. Your letter has lot of grammatical mistakes. Take a look the letter wxyz123 drafted for you. He/she did a great job!! Say thank you to wxyz123!!

You need to build your case here, why you could not score as you expected in your previous ielts exam. Also secondly, never ever write you like to spend rest of your life in this peaceful country.

Good luck!!
