Send the letter by email and they will get back to you. Make sure you mention your file number. I sent them email regarding my extension of deadline six months ago. The immigration department granted extension by the email. London office's email service is superb.

You must send them letter by post as well. But they will not reply you.

I took the Ielts test on 25th September but unfortunately result did not come out what I expected. Listening 5 Reading 4.5 Writing 5.5 and Speaking 6.0 Overall Band score 5.5.
As per Ielts results its seems that I am still on the same level of English as before. But it is not true I am very much confident that I have done very well in ielts test but the results are not the same what I expected.
Therefore I apply for EOR Enquiry on Results it will take approximately six to eight weeks to get new results the result will provided to Canadian High commission upon arrival.
I apply for EOR because I have taken two months English language courses to improve my ability. Please find attached First certificate from E4u English 4 You its American English language center in makkah Saudi Arabia they have 1 to 8 levels for students when I want there they ask me to set for entry test after the test they suggested me to enroll in level 8.
After enrollment I started classes with them on 3th July 2010 till 17 August 2010 it was one in half hour class every day we where about six students. I was the one who was batter then other students in progress after one month the give us final test and I got A Grad as shown in the certificate and this center is Registered and Recognize by Ministry Education Saudi Arabia.
After this course I got admission in British Council Jeddah 18 August 2010 upon Placement test I was suggested to enroll in PI3 per Intermediate 3 but unfortunately there was no place in PI3 class was full.
I was in situation that what to do because I was very much interested to take classes in British Council. So I discuses with administration please help me to get enrolled in any class which improve my English language.
Luckily there was place in PI2 Pre Intermediate 2 and they told me we have class Pre intermediate 2 if you want to enroll in this class its batter for you because you will be more polished in language you need just some tips to improve your ability.
I enrolled in PI2 the course duration was 40 Hours it was very good experience with British Council.
Please find attached PI2 certificate and test results.
I am more confident and energetic then ever after taking these courses and I will continue my studies with British Council.
I am professional my then years experience in national and international companies I have very good prestige people knows me very well due to my hard working. My feeling is that if I had chance to immigrant to Canada I will prove myself that I am very important tool for Canada. I am thinking to make my own company in near future and built high quality houses for low income people who can buy them easily. There is lot of tips where you can build houses on low cost which I applied in many projects and my company gets lot of profit. This will take time to have own company but in construction its only the field where you can progress more in less time.
As you can see that my all education in English and in our office we have many different nationalities working with us and the common language use all the time is English our all meetings and documentation in English Arabic is only use when there is some government tenders or enquiries.
Therefore I am sending my ielts results and other require documents through British council.
I know the excuse seems unacceptable but I humbly request you to consider it as it has been my heartiest desire to settle in one of the greatest country in the world "Canada"

Hi Hamood,

No offence but this letter won’t work for you because of some reasons. Firstly IELTS re-checking will not give you much marks, I have seen very few cases where they have given more points to the candidate on re-checking and this is because in Listening & Reading section you get points for what you have written either 1 or 0 so there can’t be a mistake in that by the checker so result for these two sections will remain the same. Writing & Speaking is where checking officer give marks on the material you have provided so say If they think you deserve more marks then they will give you maximum of .5 not more than that. The other main and important reason is that British Council have professional who check these papers and if they start giving points back to the student on the basis the examiner giving less marks then every candidate will be asking for the rechecking and IELTS will have no value.

Next thing you are providing certificates of other institute remember only IELTS is acceptable and highly regarded if you can’t score good marks in this then other results does not matter. And you scored less not only in one sections but almost all so there is a very less chance that your result will improve with a huge margin.
Lastly don’t mention what your future plans are if you want to do business then why are applying under the skilled category they need people for that category to come and work there if you are so sure about your business then why not do it in your own country? So I would suggest not to disclose your such future plans instead you can say that you will continue your English studies in Canada to get yourself settle in Canada.

I am sorry if I have offended you but I said what I felt after reading your post and if you are planning to send this as it is then please get it checked by someone who is good in English writing as there are still many common mistakes and you don’t want visa officer to judge your English proficiency from this letter.

I applied in January 2009, did not take IELTS. I wrote a written explanation. My first language is English and my 2nd language is French. I applied under 4131 NOC. My application is in process, since june 2010. No new yet from them.

please help me to calculate my points.

Master's Degree 17 years of study.........
Age ......10
Experience 4 or more years .........
English .........( written on my Master's degree certificate that i can take Doctorate studies in English)
French ........ Indicated on my Bachelor's Transcripts that i did French studies)

Please can someone help calculate my points for me.

Recently I had completed first semester in civil engineering and transcript was provided to Canadian high commission in last submittal as additional documents and this degree totality in English I had very good results and second semester going to be finished soon.
My confidence and years of experience will not put me down in any company in this world as a Drafting Technologist.
As you can see that my all education is in English and in our office we have many different nationalities working with us and the common language use all the time is English our all meetings and documentation in English language Arabic used only in some cases like governmental tenders and enquiries.
