Guys, I am submitting my application. As a language proof, can I attach my marksheets of engineering degree in India? And is it considered as "post-secondary education in english" in question 15 of application form?

Thanks!

It will not be accepted unless the degree says the course was conducted in English

You may use any approved language test results you used in your PR application.

I don't have it and was wondering if i can use transcripts
You wills have given the language test for PR! Just use that.

Just transcripts will not woork. You’ll need the letter from college/uni stating that the instruction medium for the course was English

My spouse did but I didn't. Getting letter from college would be difficult.
My wife did not take IELTS at the time we applied for immigration - only I had to as primary applicant, but for citizenship she had to take the test here. There's no simple way out of this. It's probably better to take the test as you could perhaps use the results for even job applications.

I echo this for those that aren't clear whether their transcripts or college info will be accepted - may often be easier to just take the test, and not deal with uncertainty of whether they'll accept.

Yup. I realized that and booked CELPIP - LS test, I believe that would work.

you can use the result of the French course offered by the Ministry of immigration in Quebec ... many new comer's and refugees go through that program, No?
