It will not be accepted unless the degree says the course was conducted in EnglishGuys, I am submitting my application. As a language proof, can I attach my marksheets of engineering degree in India? And is it considered as "post-secondary education in english" in question 15 of application form?

My wife did not take IELTS at the time we applied for immigration - only I had to as primary applicant, but for citizenship she had to take the test here. There's no simple way out of this. It's probably better to take the test as you could perhaps use the results for even job applications.My spouse did but I didn't. Getting letter from college would be difficult.
