This office is very slow. I wish I never had my application sent to this office. I applied in Feb 2018, wrote my test in May 2021 and nothing after that. BG checked is completed but still no movement.

My friends applied in 2019 and in 2020 they were granted Citizenship, singel and family applicants. Wondering what took them so long, maybe due to this pandemic.

Hey guys! Nice to see another thread for the Kitchener office. Yes, the Kitchener office is notoriously slow. And the proof is... there was another thread not too different from this one a while back that holds the sad history of our beloved Kitchener office. Here's my timeline:
Location: Kitchener when applied. Later moved to Cambridge.
App Sent: June 1, 2020
App Delivered: June 2, 2020
AOR: Nov 9, 2020
ECAS In Process: Dec 18, 2020

New Tracker Info
Background Complete: June 28, 2020
Language, Physical Presence, Prohibitions all In Progress

Also, I've seen posts about agents informing applicants that online test invites come randomly from the test-ready pool and can come even from the Sydney office even while the app is in transit to the local office. So the online test invite delays might not entirely be the Kitchener office's fault.
