Her hubby sent the passport on Sept. 30. If I remember good it was the day after the PPR. Not sure...I will ask her on Facebook.

What day did DHL pick up the passport from the High Commission...sorry that it what I meant? I know all you were all out when they gt the news.

Oh oh ok, was not sure if it was what u meant...it was last Thursday on Oct. 16 we went out. So sept. 30 to Oct. 16 to process with the stamp!

Ok they have had ours for 2 weeks now and we got DM on Tuesday. Just checking to see if it would have gone out today and if anyone got their PP back recently on a Friday and Jah-Canadian did....so here's hoping the pp is out tomorrow for us.

I can't keep up, so I will just say a huge congrats to everyone who has had some movement on their file recently.

We going to FedEx for prepaid airway bill to be sent to POS then for it to come to Jamaica.
If Timeline is accurate we will have documents in hand by October 31 2014. below is full timeline.


Submitted Application September 14 2013(along with Police report, medical and fees paid in full)
Approved to be Sponsor September 24 2013
Emailed on August 22nd 2014 (Resubmit Medical and Police report as it expired in May 2014 via courier POS)
Sent Police report, Medical and IMM008 form on September 8th 2014
Email received October 3rd 2014 to submit Passport documents (POS/Courier)
Passport retrieval date was November 9th 2014
(Actual retrieval date October 31st)

NOTE: PREPAID AIRWAY BILL IS 11,000JMD

Cafélatté confirmed to me, they sent the passport the same day of PPR so on Sept. 29 and DHL news on Oct. 16, pick up passport on Oct. 17.

Us either!!! Jamaica is nice, but with all this chickv and ebola crap we just want to go home until its all over lol we have been staying put to avoid from the scare! we have witnessed the healthcare system here bringing someone there and its terrible so trying to avoid taking our children anyway we can!!
