lol i am the one being filed for..... yes they asked for......1) a seperate and newly completed schedule a background declaration form (im5669) bearing original signature.2)passport/travel document 3) prepaid,self-addressed airway bill from dhl or fedex.this will be used to return ur passports and original documents to you when processing is complete.

Congrats on PPR jojrob1!!!! Do not wait any longer, send it right away, same day if possible! Very happy for you two ;D Start looking for flights and get ready for ECAS and DHL tracking system stalking symptoms lol!

Contacted today via email. Passport ready to be sent back to Jamaica
We going to FedEx for prepaid airway bill to be sent to POS then for it to come to Jamaica.
If Timeline is accurate we will have documents in hand by October 31 2014. below is full timeline.


Submitted Application September 14 2013(along with Police report, medical and fees paid in full)
Approved to be Sponsor September 24 2013
Emailed on August 22nd 2014 (Resubmit Medical and Police report as it expired in May 2014 via courier POS)
Sent Police report, Medical and IMM008 form on September 8th 2014
Email received October 3rd 2014 to submit Passport documents (POS/Courier)
Passport retrieval date was November 9th 2014
(Actual retrieval date October 31st)

NOTE: PREPAID AIRWAY BILL IS 11,000JMD

Congrats Calgariancanuck, your beautiful girls will soon be home with you!!!!!! First POS PP return, and it is you guys, that's great!!!! ;D
