Hubby just sent me his mail. It was dated July 22nd. They gave him 30 days to do police clearance and 60 for a medical even though our status says medical received. hELP. What do I do?

Ok is from July 22 to September 22 would be 30 days I supposed? Did your hubby redid his PC? If so sent it in ASAP!! Like right now!! If they didn't extend his medical go redo it cause u have 60 days!!
Kingston probably mail it late and make it seem like it's ur fault!! Contact your mp Hun!! This can be messed up if you didn't send anything!

I don't think there's anywhere you can call anytime we've called it was automaticated #. And when we finally were able to get a person they told us (on more than 1 occasion) that immigration doesn't speak to the public . Email them a case specific and mark it urgent and I would call your mp like now and have them contact Kingston and tell them. If it was me I'd get the PC and medical asap and then hopefully ur mp can see if they can tall to Kingston and u can get ur docs in. Hood luck!!

You medical will say received even if it is expired hun. They would request for a new one if they weren't going to extend it and it will still say medicals received.

As for the PC...they gave you 30 days to do it and yes the mail is very slow there but they don't take that into account. If it wasn't handed in by the 30 days they can decline you.

Google who your MP is and call them asap. They will be able to helo you. This is their job

As for updating your file..they will go with the communication that was given at the beginning...so if you said call or mail that is how they will send it. They don't always look at the updates. Hell they mailed my old house and I moved over 16 months ago and my new address is on file.

I am sorry hun....and keep the faith...this WILL work out!!

It sounds as though you have been denied based on missing information from your file and it not being submitted in time. I would suggest googling your MP and see if they can help. You will probably need to start an appeals process which you will 99% for sure be approved because it was just missing information.... it will be the wait that will hurt the most.

Get on your MP and try to get some answers... hopefully they don't make you appeal it and there is a way to reopen your file and proceed. :'( :'( :'(

this is just horrible to hear! you will be in my prayers tonight MRS DAVIS!!!! hold the faith and i agree your MP will be your best approach at this point...
