Question did any body get any sort of notification that the files are transferring to pos? How did you all find out, cause if my hubby didn't email the minister office we wouldn't know that the file got transfer to somewhere else,

On a note Kingston's is the laziest sets of effers I've ever know of when it comes to work, just like the work places here they have no f***king use lack of communication slow to respon like they busier than anybody else and so behind time with technology and everything they trying to follow up America only god knows how much I hate this country believe me

I can only imagine what you are all still going through. I also am thinking that kingston MUST be incredibly backlogged to have to send files out.

I think sometimes we forget that this forum aren't the only applicants in the world, though I know that I sure as heck feel like it! lol


Also... that quote is my fav to use here in this forum... "May the odds be ever in your favor" is RIGHT!

dlmo any idea why so long? Your interview says October 2013!! How in the HEL! can they keep a passport for 11 months with no answers?!?! Have you followed up with them and harrassed? Did you write to your MP and/or Chris Alexander? That is absolutely ridiculous that it has been so long. Definitely praying that you hear something SOOOOOONNN or just get the PP back pronto! So sorry that you have to go through this. Good luck!

Why would they request the ARC so late in your process? It's over a year since you applied.

THIS IS BS!!! There is NO WAY that you should be waiting this long after an interview. You need to start emailing your MP or Chris Alexander's office. Have your ordered your notes at all? Hun I feel for you...you've been waiting so long and your family needs to be together. This whole process shouldn't take as long as it does.

Get emailing everyone!!!

Clearly the interview was first. Then the arc was 6 month after the interview.

Yes I order notes monthly.
Yes I talk to 2/mp Herr in Brampton. The processing times is 27 months. 27 months from the day it arrives in Kingston. Technically. I am at 24 months from file transfer to Kingston.
And we are waiting on the ARC. this means our case is complicated on his departure from Canada. This means we wait longer than anyone else.

Hopefully my prayers will be answered by the new year.

Well...finally for email confirmation from POS that our file is NOT there but in Kingston still.

Really hope that this means they are in the middle of working on it and they couldn't transfer it.

i was the one who started this havoc about the files in POS i had seen the email in hubby boxs and when i got it i was so confused so Im really sorry it got more ppl frustrated.

I recently received an email back from pos too and they've confirmed that our file is not in pos. Hopefully we hear some good news soon! Come on Kingston and pos we need some pprs
