hey everyone..hope all is well with everyone.
I see updates continue to be slow, few and far between. I kind of think it was a bit like this last year too when our Jan to May group applied - basically there was not much till late june or early july. Anyways continue to be patient, there is a light at the end of the tunnel

being married and filing income tax is not a good cocktail....what you mean my income is high...i am in a different tax bracket...den give me the near $10,000 i paid in tax 2009.....i am so cheeesed right now...i hate CRA....no child tax, no GST, and next to nothing income tax

Hi Frequent... I filed my taxes for me and hubby and I got mine back a few weeks ago and I still have on word on hubbies... i dunno if they need to do background check, or set up a new file, or what... but i sent mine and his off the same day and nothing still.... mind you the amount he is getting back is small but that is not the point!! Wheres our money!

Okay.. so looks like i need to get some weights for this 30 day shred... maybe this weekend if i get a chance I will pick it up... jammy i will link you on the side too...

well i really hope that Chelley landed safe and everything is good... i assume she cant stay away from us for too long... would love to hear what her hubby thinks of Toronto... not a bad time to come here thats for sure!

jw- I'm hoping to send everything off on the 14th of May. Just waiting for my marriage certificate which I should receive this week and hubby has to send me his police record, photos, and some letters. I hope to have that by the end of next week. I'll be so relieved once it's gone but then the long wait starts

Thanks guys, I'm feeling much better. This whole process was getting me down but it apart from that it was some outside factors that was causing me grief, nothing to do with hubby or filing. My neighbor is the worst neighbor anyone could have, he is a pain in the you know where, some people should just go live somewhere where there is no one else around them for them to mess around with. im feeling better and he will get whats coming to him, no bad deed goes unpunished trust me.

Im still waiting on the MP, called and she said kingston did not get back to them as yet, i been feeling okay about my file since i got that email about ''review'' i know things will be fine soon, hate it when my son ask when daddy coming, or when is he going to canada to see daddy....

anyway, im hoping for some good news for us sooner than later.

LOL soso - I am not trying to lose 30 pds... its a 30 day shred just to tone up.. if i lost 30 pds id be dead! that would put me at 85 pds..... id be maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaga for sure then and hubby would for sure trade me in for a newer model... remember i am little... all 5 foot 2 MAXIMUM! Likkle but tallawah! ;D

Loving the vibes on the forum too.... we soon need to organize a Forum Family beach day....

Soanxious... i know all about nightmare neighbours... i have had a few in my lifetime too... the ones around me now are good thank god - they put up with my loud music and bam bam baming...

Nae Nae - your hubby shouldnt be sending you anything for the police record - unless its the receipt - which you do not need to send with your package (even tho i did). The police record is to be obtained by KG upon request... Maybe you meant medical record?

Where is Sassy and Glo and Iambless and KMC and Maple and Rosemel and homesoon and HighlyFlavoured and Boo and Ash and the rest of the crew?

I dont get that some people collect the police cert. and some don't. When I went the woman asked me if it was for immigration and told me they would sent it to the KG office. I just put the little white receipt in with the app.

I guess either way it gets there.

im telling you girl my neighbor was sent from hell!!!! never in my life have i had dem problems here wid any neighbor...
i love my loud music too but my music not gonna bother him cause i dont have my big set no more, just a little one. as for the bam bam baming, its seasonal for them cause hubby not here. hehehehehe.

its been raining everyday now and im missing hubby even more, he wants to come for a weekend. i NEED him here but we want to hear from the MP first.
