hey there, his meds were expiring so instead of extending them for a 2nd time, they got him to send his passport and itinerary in so he can be home by Jan 9th, that is why hers was done so quickly. ;D

I know all the info about her meds expiring just assumed he would of landed right after his passport was returned. It's all good chickie I'm very happy for her she derserves it but thanks for sharing. Hope your hubby gets his passport call soon.

Good Morning everyone!

Let's start a topic to try to get our minds off of Kingston being a bit slack this week...Nini and I were talking last night and brought up the idea of pet dogs...what do your Hubby's/Wives think on having a pet in your Canadian household?? My hubby is a firm, ABSOLUTELY NO DAWG INNA DI HOUSE!! In Mrs. P's Paraphrase: He was basically saying that if it's not a gaurd dog that will bite and growl, he doesn't want it. -_- and don't DARE cuddle it, at least not in front of him ;)

Mrs Parkin this is a funny topic. I got a puppy back in Feb. she is a schitzu and was only 8 weeks old. I love her way too much according to my husband. But he agrees that she's super cute , which made me laugh when he said that. I usually tell him how she sleeps in my bed sometimes which is a big NO NO for him. And he is also saying that if my dog gives me kisses he is never kissing me again. Lol. I can't wait till he comes so she licks him all over his face and see his face expression. Lol

Haha! That's so cute!!! yes, hubby uttered the same threat to me that he'll never touch me again until I wash my hands lol I don't believe him...I was house sitting for a friend a few years back and their cat jumped on the bed while we were on the phone and he was like "Mrs. P, get it off the bed!!" and after some disagreeing I said ok ok and booted it off and for the rest of the convo every few minutes he was like "where is the cat" hahaha!

Question for those who sent their applications to the Mississauga office - did you receive an AOR from the office signifying they received your application (i.e. separate from the sponsorship approval)?

Another forum has people who have received AOR in December within 5days of the application being received....odd!
