Thank you and I truely hope it's next Tuesday that will make 3 weeks. Flights one way in jan are outrageous 1000 or more like what is that about.

That's so cute!!! yes, hubby uttered the same threat to me that he'll never touch me again until I wash my hands lol I don't believe him...I was house sitting for a friend a few years back and their cat jumped on the bed while we were on the phone and he was like "Mrs. P, get it off the bed!!" and after some disagreeing I said ok ok and booted it off and for the rest of the convo every few minutes he was like "where is the cat" hahaha!

Aww I feel you were excited and the passport isn't back lol. Why are you both nervous? You have anything planned for him at the airport? I really hope his passport comes back real soon I am not paying 1000.00 for a one way ticket in Jan. Really don't know what the hold up is child and God and myself have been waiting the same week of dec 3.

He got the passport already. I think I posted that back a couple weeks ago. I don't live I'm Toronto so he has to take the Robertq bus to where I live. I saw the prices went up, which I don't understand why there's nothing special about travelling to a cold country. Usually going to warm places in the winter time is more expensive

Back in August when hubby and I applied for Visiting visa we did a police record check with the finger prints. We weren't approved for the visiting visa but do you think that some how they would transfer that police record check over to PR office? just some wishful thinking

Thought you bought a ticket that you were able to change? If tickets are showing 1000.00 right now you won't have to pay that. You can change your ticket for the fare difference....unless you got that ticket refunded.

Try Caribbean airlines. I was looking at them today and saw seats for less than 300.00 one way out of Kingston to Toronto. You get 2 checked bags and free seats with them.

My ECAS now says Decision made.

when i click on it it says ... "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

how do they contact me? by sending the DHL back? phone? email?
There has not been any movement on the DHL package.

i am so overwhelmed right now... i dont know what to do!
I would like him home for Christmas but i also want to fly home with him. i have thoughts going through my brain... Do I leave before we even get the passport back? is there a possibility of denial? without an interview?
will we even have the passport back before they shut down on dec 24?


I need some advice ... Please... :-\

They will see the passport out by DHL hopefully Monday. If not Monday then the day the office opens again. Start stalking DHL come Monday!!! Congrats in the decision made....and don't worry. That shinny visa will be in there for him to come home to you!!!
