@ tintin......so by this letter are they saying they are going to ask for the Schedule A again and that you are to help your hubby make sure it is accurate? Wow you got a quick response though!

You know I was wondering the same thing. We sent the other schedule A two weeks ago and by that email it really does seem like she's saying they're gonna ask for it again. These immigration people kill me. Sometimes i feel like their lurking on this site too. I'm starting to wonder. I don't know why they just don't call and ask him. The only update I had to put on the schedule A is that from Sept 2011 - Present he was unemployed. That's what they're asking be corrected on the form. The officer even emailed me directly and said i could reply by email on what he was doing since he returned to Jamaica and then afterwards she still had the audacity to send out a email requested that the Schedule A be update. I mean it's not that serious. I think they just do these things to kill time and give reason for the process to be longer so that they can clearly up the bundle thats on their desk already.

Good morning everyone!

@TinTIn...You are strong and through God he will continue to sustain you to get through this. That was amazing getting that "big wig" looking at your file. This is the motion that your file needed for it to be completed. It is only a matter of time.

Kingston let's get it going...it has been way to quiet in this place.

Have a great day all!

Stay sweet!

i would say the same thing too sis..... :(

Got my visa! Yayayay!

Thanks everyone! My sis wants to come back in 2 days to conplete her degree. She will be finished with school in October. Will it be a problem under the sinp? We heard that once you land you can't leave until 3 years. Also, why do they want a list of everything we are bringing up? Is that really necessary?

Out of 5 years you have to be in canada for 2-3 years. She should get a letter from school indicating she is finishing up her studies in October then show this to the immigration officers. A list of everything is because something's you will have to pay tax on. When my husband went back home to Jamaica they made him pay at the airport.

The basically want to see what your bringing into the country. I would follow what CIC says and fill out the form. Even if you are shipping stuff that will arrive later. Immigration will want to know

Take a look through:

On the brighter side at least we are not these applicants. I would have had a "BIRD" if they sent back our application. This government is so full of discrimination it sickens me.
