You just have to keep reminding yourself that this is a minor stumbling block and better days are ahead. It's funny how Kingston decides to answer to emails. I emailed them Feb 8 from an email address that's not professional. Two days ago I used my professional email address that's my name next day I got a responses. Try using your wife's or another emails.

I wish for the same this process I notice the love my husband had for me grew stronger than before. He realizes his wife is all he has nd his canadian friends can't help him out sadly. When is your anniversary?
