@ Cee. I definitely know the feeling.. Seeing INPROCESS but no change every minute of every day and patiently waiting on it to change.. Every time you check, you go with anticipation that you will see something new and then just another let down.. But guess what... We are one day closer to DM.. One day closer to a happier life... One day closer to the end of this immigration nightmare..

This is the beginning of the week! you never know what Kingston has in store for us.. I have a feeling they getting tired of looking at our files and wanna move on so DM is coming soon!

@ Blessed 2012 form other posts I've read, it seems like up to 2 weeks or less. If you have DHL keep checking the tracking and if not, tell hubby stay by the phone.. You are finished!!!

If the denied visa was to visit you then that should not affect the application. Had he applied numerous times in the past for other reasons, work, study, etc etc and then ends up marrying a Canadian, it would create the appearance that he is trying to get in Canada by any means necessary and would not be taken too kindly by immigration. I would not worry.

My Husband was denied a visa to visit me, and it wasn't held against us.

I agree, they may look at the marriage as being suspicious if multiple attempts were made for entry, in to the country.

It's very hard for spouses to come up on Temp Visa, it's very rare that they are issued, so the officer should understand this.

2 weeks from DM, or two weeks after receiving passport?

When did you get your DM? Do you think they will send us the visas this week?

Mine changed on Friday......I believe they will call this week....dem betta

So now do we have to wait for the office to contact us? I don't get it, what's next?

yes we had to include an envelope.

I'm just curious if the DM was made Friday, and they close at 1 on Fridays chances are they might not send it out until today?

I just certainly hope before mid week. I have plans for Holidays and they include my Husband lol

Try wednesday, just to be sure. Depending on how rural his area is, he might not get it until tomo!!
