I have not been on as much as I have been very sick. This is will be a quick post.

@Kerlosgirl - send in the passport photos for your son ASAP. Yes you will have to wait for the med redo forms as this is what KGN has specifically asked of you. Kgn is responsible for the medical request so there is nothing you need to do to initiate that, just wait for their word. Based on the fact they are requesting a medical extension, I do believe that you are in the final stages although I can not give you an accurate time frame, I am guessing PPR will be in the beginning of the new year.

Good afternoon everyone! One more day and Kingston is back to work. How was everyones weekend? Mine was pretty boring, tried to go xmas shopping yesterday but the crowds are too much for me......drove in the parking lot and drove back out again. lol People are pretty miserable when shopping this time of year and my mouth ain't shy to speak my mind so sometimes its just better to avoid situations lol went and did my laundry instead. Everyone sooo quiet on the weekend.

Hey guys I've been directed by some lovely ladies to join this forum ! I definitely do have some questions that maybe someone can shine some light on....I been with my husband for just over a year and half and we got married in May of this year,I'm about to start working on his paper work... He currently is in Kingston and me in ontario ! Now here are some questions i have .....

1) What gets submitted 1st
2) Do i have to have his portion of the completed paper work to submit with mine or does he do that from there ?

I'm so confused !!! HELP LOL im hoping to start the process in the beginning of January so i need to know exactly what to do, I really want this to go as smoothly as possible for us ....We did apply for a TRV in April and he was declined they said the reason was they were uncertain he'd return to JA due to not enough ties listed to bring him back so they were'nt satisfied.....So im just a little discouraged from that ,I travel back and forth from Toronto to Jamaica about every 6 weeks ! It gets pretty costly but well worth it and we're both ready for it to be done with and hopefully be able to start our married life in one spot ...If anyone could help that would be amazing thanks i'll be waiting to hear any feedback ;D

Well welcome.....yes this process can b a bit much but there r ppl here 2 help.....u need 2 send him the 2nd part to fill out....plus I think there's a part on urs to sign...double check.....u need 2 gather ur documents 2gether as well...follow the checklist in what they ask for and u will b fine.....

Yes he has a part.....give him that to fill out and also the undertaking he has to sign.....he has 2 do his medical and police check....if u can pay the fee pay all.....pic with the app can't remember the amt.....

Hey lonelymrs, welcome to the forum, do stick and stay!

To answer your questions, BOTH parts of the application from sponsor and spouse are submitted together to the Case Processing Centre-Mississauga. (CPC-M around here). I would recommend that before you go filling out any forms, you and your spouse (if possible) spend some time reading the Guide together with the forms, THEN you want to start drafting your application. In the meanwhile, your husband should go and have his police certificate done, if he has traveled/lived abroad for at least 6 months he needs a police certificate from that country in addition to one from Jamaica. The medical I usually recommend as the final step before submitting the application, as it is relatively easy to get an appointment in Kingston. I recommend Dr Gomes on the DMP list, if he hasn't chosen one already.

Do u have the checklist????????if u do it tells u what is to b sent orginal and what to photocopy
