I just read this on Facebook and wanted to share because it is sooooo true.

"Nobody is perfect and nobody deserves to be perfect. Nobody has it easy, Everybody has issues. You never know what people are going through. So pause before you start judging, criticizing or mocking others. Everybody is fighting their own unique war."

I want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who has given me information thru this forum, as I really appreciated it. I will not, however, be staying on the site or posting again.
I am disillusioned by the fact that when one simply states how they feel, they get slammed by several other people.
I apologize that if in any way shape or form I offended anyone in any of my posts as there definitely was never any intent to it. I was simply choosing to state my opinion in relation to my experience.
I wish all of you well and hope that each and every one of your partners is here soon. We are all blessed in our own unique ways and I pray for nothing less than joy and happiness in all of your lives.
God Bless!

Royal Lolly wishing you and yours the very best in your journey and that you'll be reunited with your loved ones very soon. Blessings, Peace and Happiness to you and as my husband always says, Betta dayz a come.

And further to what RL says, it's like nothing can be freely expressed or said without it being reported to moderators. The slightessssssst ting. BOOM message a DELETE. So much for an open forum to express one's own opinions. ???

Good night Halfmoon!

How are you? Did you catch a movie on the weekend like you wanted to?

I am getting excited but I haven't started packing just yet...I might wait a week or two! ;)

I'm doing really good Nevaeha. No complaints you know?

Actually I didn't end up catching the flick as I wanted to but will aim to do that this week. :(

If you were close to me, I'd tell you to meet up and give you some Gillette Fusion Razors to take with you for your hubby. They're the best razors in the market and great for women too!! One of our big clients is Procter and Gamble and we have some limited edition left overs from the Olympics we executed this past summer. Not sure if you caught the Thank you Mom campaign but it was so touching that they put athlete mom's in the spotlight. Lemeno. :)

Are you in advertising, Halfmoon? I took Public Relations in University. Hubby would have loved the razors! I take women's disposable BIC razors to use when I'm in JA and he keeps all of the leftovers. :P I heard about the Thank You Mom campaign; what a beautiful tribute to all mother's!

OK we need to HOOK you up with some Venus razors and some Fusions for the hubby. LOL. Tell him bye bye to BIC!

My hubby loves them, it keeps going and going and he's fascinated with how they are battery operated and has the little blue light! Brought one for Dad but he's dread so no use for them! LOL

Yes Maam! Work for a global agency and it's one of the greatest careers to be in. Full of positive, ambitious and highly driven people and mentors who push you to your full potential. We have some of the greatest experiences ever! Are you working of a PR firm? I wonder if we work for sister agencies if you do?

Such an exciting career sector - lucky you! I work in the financial industry which isn't as glamorous as advertising or PR; however, it is challenging and rewarding!

My hubby would be fascinated with the little blue light too! :) It doesn't take much, does it?

HAHA not much attall!

My girl, I worked in the financial services most of my career and one day said, these white collar folks (I didn't say white folks calm down) are just too stuffy for me. I wonder if we walked past each other at any point on Bay street?

I then woke up one day and said time to gain new insights, experience and be around positive creative people so I took a huge chance and switched industries and the rest is history. I've never once looked back...it's been all uphill since and the biggest part was meeting my dream man, my other half, my very easily fascinated husband.

PS
Wait till he rides an elevator to the 30 Floor of a building. You'll then witness total fascination and all sorts of "BuMMBAAAclot" LOL

I don't think any of us on here think its going to to be champagne and roses

It can be, it is what you make it!

word of advice; have a plan, set realistic goals, educate your husband prior to arrival on what to expect, and be prepare yourself, We had our goals set and neither of us strayed from our plans, and we are well on our way.

One Love
