Believe it or not I sent an email to KG yesterday and received a response this morning.

According to them my application is in process and no further action is required at this time. Please keep your correspondence to a minimum.

I'm happy that they responded, wish the response was a little more informative.

Wow they must be really working now.. To answer that fast wow! maybe we'll start hearing from them now with regards to finalizing our paperwork.

they called and requested my passport on Monday, I didnt wait i dropped it off on Tuesday...does anyone know how long it takes to get back your passport and if it is certain I will receive my visa?

Hey akinna! You are about done except for the crying (happy tears, of course!). It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for KG to return the passport with visa inside, but that 2 months is an outside figure that happened when they were very backlogged in the summer.
