You have your choice of everything from luxury super-inclusive resorts to tiny guest houses on the beach or on the cliffs where you can do it all yourself while taking in the town. It's up to you. You can also spend the day in Montego Bay shopping, but return to Negril same day. There is a day trip to Ocho Rios as well, and the south coast attractions like Black River Safari, YS Falls, Little Ochi (Jerk and seafood) are all within easy reach of Negril.

You're making me want to go Jamaica too. I've been montego bay and to ocho rios to the falls but never negril! Hav e to put that on my bucket list!

We baught a house and move in then shit start going crazy then she kick me out cancell all the accounts etc? Negril might just be perfect!! I LOVE the food in Jamaica... mmmmm I love spicy food, spicy chicken curry.. im getting hungry! lol and in Cuba they don't spice at all!! I've always wanted to go to JA for a week all inclusive, hopefully tho hubby will be here before march anyways, but that's definitely somehting we can in the future! and if were from the unlucky batch, then we can go in march!

Blondie--You are rly lucky to be able to be with him! i wish my job would allow me to do so.. but I'm lucky to have a career already and can't risk giving it up now for us to have a good future in Canada! I am in Canada now.. I saw hubby in Sept for a long weekend.. but only a month feels like FOREVER, so I'm hoping to surprise him next weekend.. i actually might go for just one night! If I can two nights but if not I would like to be there for his and his mothers birthday party which is saturday! Then itll be a loooong 8 weeks before I see him again! but at least then will be two weeks. Cuba has CONTROLLED every minute of my free travel time since then!

Charlie where are you living now? and Blondie where will you be moving back to in Canada?

Witty, your wife can pursue a report against you with CBSA/CIC if she feels that you misrepresented yourself to get your visa. Depending on the circumstances of your relationship breakdown, CIC can investigate, launch a report and you would then have to explain in an appeal why you should not be stripped of your PR status and deported.

I'm thinking brampton/mississauga area. I love Brampton but Mississauga seems to be more affordable.. My family doesn't seem to like brampton too much, they live in markham and my grandfather in midland. They are older and set in their ways and can't tolerate younger children so we will visit them but ant stay with them.. Are you near any of those cities? Maybe you may have some advice. I could use as much as possible as I have never actually lived in Canada.. Visited every two years when I was younger.

As for your file, Your vo office is like 8 to 10 months right? If so your lucky, you may be finished even before the which is great!!

I live in Montreal, which in my opinion is the best city in Canada other than some political crap... but I assume since everyone is from Ontario you plan on living there! Ive been to mississauga before but not the others... usually If I go there I go to TO.

Ya Havana VO says 10 months for 80% of cases, but it apparently is 13 out of 44 VO's in efficiency and seem to be completing non complicated cases in 3 or 4 months pretty often, so I'm hoping for the best! Hopefully we all get lucky!!

wow.seems like i am in some shit.What should i do.I live with her i couldnt find much in 3month ago she was working and didnt know how if her job was going to last.So i did a 6week course to ge my security license.we have some money save up she bought a house at the same time.her friends came in place at the same time and we had a few fights because of her friend telling her what to do etc and i didn't agree.So her family think i am abusing her because thinks dont always goes the way how i want it to be.Now she kick me out lost her job.and now that i am working i manage to survive working and get my life back on track.she and her mom say they are going to kick me out of canada because i abuse there daugher.I told her i will support her with what i have to help pay the mortage but i am not putting myself in that situation anymore.So guys i need advice.plz.

I am a Canadian through my mom lol. I heard Montreal is nice too? I want to stay close to my grandfather as he will be 92 in june . Hows the weather on Montreal?

CharlieD I can guarantee that Jamaica is hot! Where I am is hot! uncomfortable heat.. I'd much prefer snow at this point!

Wow 92!! Thats amazing! My grandma is 85 and danced reggateon in Cuba last time we were there! haha too funny Her and hubby are bffs! Right now it says 13 degrees but It feels more like 18 I would say because its sunny!

And be careful what you wish for with that snow... you'll be taking that back soon enough.... lol

Whatever it is, it's cold enough that I am warming my hands on a cup of hot choccie and not moving for awhile, LOL. We have been cleaning out the basement today, and I was in and out of the house and up and down the stairs so not only am I winded but my hands are frozen. :

Blondie, my Mom has been complaining of the heat every time I call her recently, LOL. Not sure I would trade with her, 6 years in Kingston has me liking needing to put more clothes on to be comfortable!

Allegations of abuse are very serious. It may behoove both of you to sit down with a neutral party (NOT family or friends) and try to reconcile your marital differences.
