Hello Lovely Ladies,
@Jamgirl...he is too cute!!! Is it Ready who broke her tooth? Sorry can't remember as I'm typing but so sorry to hear that must be painful.
@Blondie it is quite frustrating..not sure why things can't be updated faster. I'm not saying that Kingston office is not busy I am sure they are but when I look at the progress of the Phillipines VO office for example, I have been told that they update their clients on a bi weekly basis...PPR's are within 3 months...the whole process completed in 4 months (this is not every case, but probably 80%) while VO's in Kingston very minimal communication 16 month wait time or even the office in Singapore have a 21 month wait!!! Perhaps these countries receive more applications than others?? but in that case, they need to make it a priority to update clients on a more regular basis of what's happening with their files, I am sure this would bring down the amount of calls, emails and MP interventions they receive OR share the case load with another VO office that is not soo busy??? Either way, what I don't get is why this level of "efficiency" within immigration is allowed to continue year after year after year...
