I got my client ID# when I recieved my approval letter (AOR) it's an 8 didgit number then right below it is an another number beggining with F0000 XXXXX That is your hubby's file number when you enter file number in CIC Then enter your hubb's info and his stuff appears.

Well Yay then, hopefully he comes home with me nxt month when I go visit!! I have this gut feeling he will, only because I have nothing prepared! :

Thanks Girl, I didin't know :s been thinking a seperate letter would be coming in to hubby with his own unique #, soooo I checked under hubby's info and it says application received--that means it's in kingston then right???

I didnt know about the File number for hubby... is this what you guys mean when you see hubby's address appear/disappear?? I was confused, maybe still am lol...


SUKI - I think that time is also very close for you as well... I was talking with someone else, and they told me that when KGN "started processing" their app, they got a decision 8 days later... I know everyone is different, but be hopeful! Congrats!

Ok guys, so I need some info,...what to expect...because now they will correspond with my husband right? So I need to know what to tell him to expect..Suki did your husband already recieve ppr? I am in the November thread and those ppl getting ppr's n ting..some by email some by phone...

This is what our ecas looks like when I enter with the file # and my hubby info:

Medical results have been received

My husband doesnt have an address in there. When I log in under the uci I can see my address though.

I'm excited and at the the same I wont be getting my hopes too high, but I should start nesting!!
yes my hubby's address dissapeared on Jan 27, it's still missing but they added the new Feb 6th date so, I will take that as a good sign.

No he did not get a PPR yet, so we will see how long it takes from here, and Mrslwsn, that is what mine looked like until today, so the next line for me will say Decision made

ohhh my goodness, I'm a little nervous, but super happy!! However I really would like to see those ahead of me make it to their loved ones before me! :-[

well my girl, any update is exciting!! I am not gonna check ecas again until all the end of march, unless I hear different from the hubby Too much stress checking it. It actually was easy to put out of my mind after I mailed app..now that I am sponsor approve why am I checking the thing like I expect some miracle of advancement to hapen LMAO!! Sooo unrealistic! So I have banned myself off it.

Jamgirl, the first time I logged into CIC about a week after i recieved my approvial letter his address was posted and up, just recently it disappeared, so it was there all along.

I'm so hopeful he will be able to come home with me!

Hey Everyone!

Hope everyone's getting some much needed r&r this weekend. Very pleased with the process thus far...took less than 55 days to approve my sponsorship and only 3 days for app to reach Kingston!!! They've also started pluggin in information into ecas...apparently someone's working Saturdays??? lol Most recent info is application received and medical results received...hooray!!!

Hoping for the best for everyone and a speedy process!

Now im wondering even though ecas may not show "processing" is it still possible that the application is being looked at?

For those of you that were approved for sponsorship in Sep/Oct, do you see processing as of yet in your ECAS.

My addr disappeared like 3 wks ago yet nothing has changed, it still says app. Rec'd for me.

I am wondering the same thing....

Mississauga received our app on October 19, 2011... I was approved as sponsor on Dec. 22... From that point on the Permamnet Residency side of my e-CAS has said "we received your application for *** on October 19, 2011." (and also) "Medicals received." I just became aware of the log-in for my spouse yesterday... I checked his and it says the same... except no address.....

The question I have with my file is... My hubby did the medical in August, and then we sent in app in October... because of this, KGN received app at the same time as the medicals. My question is, do you think that when they received my file in KGN along with medicals, would they have put it in queue with the other files that had "medicals received" or would mine have been put in line with other October applicants??
