Faith - My MP has advised me not to wait longer than 30 days after our deadline (to submit proof) January 13, 2010 to inquire about the selection decision. He will email the I/O after family day so that I can have peace of mind! I refuse to email the CHC!! My MP has much better results.

KC - I just might take my cousin to Redemption. I guess I should find out the cover charge shouldn't I??

Glad to hear I agree about the MP mine has been more helpfull when she contacts by far then those crap emails they send out

Good Morning, everyone!

I don't have an update for myself, but I do have some encouragement. I have a friend who put in her application in mid-July 2009 and her husband got his visa from KG earlier this week. Her application was pretty straightforward like mine.

When it seems like you are down to nothing... God is up to something!

So yes ...

I had my MP call about that BS email that KG sent to me ...She said there was no notes on our file at all that would indicate a problem ...Also there was no where noted even aboput her due date or pregnancty...She said that only thing left on our file is for them to call for passports

Well yah i knew that ..my god i cannot wait to get a life that doesnt revolve around KG and their odd descrepancies

I was thinking about it and I realized that there are several of us who were asked for Med re-do's.......lets hope that we have a "big bang" week and he calls us all next week!!!!

I am happy for those people who are getting thru quickly as I would not wish this wait on anyone!!

As much as we are all miserable we have to know that in most of our cases....our hubbies have been in Canada or another country which causes expected delays.... Kepp positive everyone!! Our time will come too.

Remember, the energy you put out is the energy you will get back

That being said, let's all believe that we will get that call this week!!!!

Hello to my Forum Family and welcome to the newcomers....I haven't had much time lately and probably won't have for a few more weeks...anyways I always try to check in and see if anyone has an update, and feel really sad when there is nothing happening for anyone, this is a crazy process. Nothing for me and we are heading into 7 months, and I really thought this would be over by now! Hubby's birthday is coming up and I was SO sure he would be here, depression is settting in and I can't help thinking...WHEN WHEN WHEN...will they give me my family

Greetings ladies and gents. I peek in on you guys now and then hoping to see updates - especially for those who have passed the one year mark like me. I too am waiting for word after medical and police re-dos. Hubby went back to JA at the beginning of January and is already anxious to get the call and get back here for good. Since I am here I thought you all may indulge me to share our good news --- with extra good reason I'd like him back as it seems we were successful in making a baby while he was here. I'm about 9 weeks pregnant All I want - as with all of you - is to begin my life with my husband in Canada. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and hope that good news abounds this board soon. Believe it and it will happen. For those long waiters out there --- our time soon come...it has to. My best to all of you
