kc honestly at this point call me crazy i think i am about ready to loose my mind!!! I am so sick and tired for real ...I am mentally exhausted and dont know what i am going to do with myself ...

But i dunno what to think can they delay my husbands file until she has the baby ???? I think i would loose it ...what a bad day i am having

lonely.... i dont understand that email either, if it were me i would email again asking for clarification until they give it to you. demand demand demand, it is our right. i am only giving them two weeks for my hubby to recieve his request in the mail....if not i will be all over them like white on rice!!!

this is the only stuff i have found so far....could you not try to have her exempt or are you pplanning n filing for her later?

No we are not planning on spnsoring her ...she will stay in Jamaica we have all talked about it ...and that is what we came up with ...having her on the paper just in case is our back up

No she completed her medical as normal ....they knew she was pregant at the DMP....

from what i can find so far it looks like you can try to have her exempt all together, she wouldnt be able to come permanently in the future but it would get her off the file....i will keep trying
