It seems that way however it's not supposed to be that way. It's supposed to be from when they received their application. They are very slow right now it looks like. Since Roxy and her bf and also your cousin/husband have gone past the posted dates then the MP needs to find out what is going on. If they say they are working on files received after the date that they sent them...then they need to speed it up and give SA to those waiting.

Like i said...CIC doesn't follow their own damn rules and it's FRUSTRATING!!!!

Sammy, if your meds were extended did you not already redo your pc? the reason i ask is that i am still very discouraged that anything will happen with our file if nothing has happened with yours yet. im so confused, they said they mailed the letter out, but we have yet to receive anything...my concern is we get all excited that this step came and then sit for 6 more months after that waiting for movement again...
i really wish they had a way of doing our files and stick to it! im sooooo frustrated!

We did redo the PC but didn't mail in in as we were waiting for them to ask for it. Then my hubby couldn't find it so he went and got it done again. They never did ask us to redo it at all. WE are sending the new PC in to the High Commisson next week when he pics it up

Over 2 years..original done Jan 18 2013, extended April 7th 2014 and valid until April 28th 2015 as per my notes

There were also issue with our meds and the medical office in Ottawa not being able to find them for a few months...even though they were sent in months before. They were found in November 2013

I feel so neglected.. as if I dont count... it makes me wonder if this is what I have to look forward to if I end up bearing through all of this and residing there.
