No, there really have been no changes. The last due date was April 2013 and it still has the same date.

To keep you in the loop: I received my notes yesterday and there has not been any changes made since Feb 2013. All of the statuses have not been started except for the medical which is passed because of the medical extension. Medical extensions cannot be extended for a 2nd time so my hubby will be re-doing them in January when I am there. I have never heard of a medical extension expiring so I guess we are the 'lucky' ones.

And although this isn't great news for me and hubby, I do know of other members who have received their notes and there is progress being made!!!!

Nev, i am sure you can't even begin to imagine, but what were they doing when they asked for medical extension for you? According to them it's supposed to be the very last step kind of thing? So what on earth were they thinking? I suppose it's still possible that they have just not updated your notes at all? I am sorry to hear that these people are doing absolutely nothing for your file, but you are as always so optimistic and encouraging to others, it is unbelievable. I know some people don't like to email to "harass" Kingston, but are you an emailer, or not? Just curious.

Yes, it is possible that they are working on the application but they just haven't updated the system. Fingers crossed.

The medical extension truly is a mystery to me. :-X We were so hopeful hubby was coming home in the spring but that's not the way it worked out. If there is a problem with our application I wish they would just tell us instead of keeping us in the dark. The unknown is scary and your brain takes you to ugly places.

I have emailed KG on a handful of occasions -- mostly at the beginning of the year when they asked hubby to re-do his police certificate, asked us to pay RPRF (we did when we first applied), and the medical extension. In our minds we thought hubby was going to get PPR. Since then I have sent three other emails where they don't answer my questions and I get the 'don't call us, we'll call you' response. They told me they couldn't give me regular updates on our file. That actually made me laugh because I have never asked them for an update. And even if I did, I wouldn't have to if they updated ecas and the notes....

Nev, this is just so unbelievable!!! What on earth have they been doing since Nov?? Nothing?? Ahhh so frustrated for you. I pray those notes just haven't been updated

The ones I received yesterday I ordered on Nov 1 and they were generated on Nov 26. I ordered a set yesterday that I will get back at the end of December.

You east coast girls are a whole different kind of crazy....man, do you know how to party!!!!
I had my first fiddlehead, blueberry beer, and deep fried pickle in NB!!! The east coast is truly majestic and everyone should visit there at least once in their lifetime! Maybe we should all rent a motorhome and travel as a group from the east coast to the west coast with our hubbies!!! ;D

That'd be a blast lol since we are basically restricted to Canada travel or JA travel unless you want to pay for a VV everytime...OY!

I'm sorry to hear there has been no change on your notes. thats incredibly jacked and discouraging. I'm hoping they've made lots of progress, and just have not updated the notes....
