I am sooo glad that I found this group, cause the fact is that our family and friends ust don't get it ... I have never been in a situation that is totally out of my control (waiting time)... waiting is one thing, but not knowing how much longer i.e. 1 month, 6 month, 9 month etc... is nuts.. I would almost prefer for them to tell me ok Mrs. CanJam... your husband will won't be processed until x months, that way I would have a piece of mind... I am sure you guys are also bombarded by ppl who ask you (well meaning) so.. did u hear anything, any news

I know you said your husband is not a fan of "food favors"... I did a "Candy Buffet", and purchsed small tuxedo boxes (for the candy)I put a little not in the box "Love is SWEET so take a treat", and wedding dress boxes (for the cake) from the dollar store.... it was a hit! I like the idea of your guests being able to use or eat something, and not just another trinket that will sit and collect dust. I also assembled hand held fans (used as the program) very simple to put together... and was very helpful for the HEAT, also brought bubbles for our guest to blow at us after ( put a cute poem on it "Blow good wishes for the Mr & Mrs)... I did so many semi- do it yourself items... I realized I am pretty good at it

BTW: How many guests, which Parish, Hotel, Church or "other location"

CV have a wonderful trip along with a beautiful wedding.....I had small bubbles as favours on the tables for each person bought them at a party store downtown and in a clear gift wrap paper I had a champagne glass with a napkin inside that said Mr and Mrs.... both our names and wedding date with a bride and groom box that had a bottle of mints inside. The napkins I ordered online custom it was such a nice touch.

My hubby had a dream last night that KGN called him next week for PPR and he was on his way to KGN to drop it off and all I was saying is lets go to KGN lol. Hopefully this dream happens he is always right he said it was like a dream he had before he went to Canada the first time he vision a location just like Scarborough and it happened.

Mi tell yuh!!!...I couldn't have stayed sane with out the wonderful people in the Kingston and our sisters/brothers POS thread!!! We are so lucky to have a site like this to support one another..I can honestly say I never thought It was going to be this rough..for those of you that have waited so long I have passed you my strength and blessings...It does come to an end!!! You are most welcome waitingonforever and so deserving of this relief. I cannot even imagine how much stress it was for you and hubby to have waited since the interview in May for this news. The 2012 folks on this thread have my ongoing prayers for their endurance of this struggle. You all know who you are!!!
