My Medical has been expired since July 6-2013,thanks for the reasurrance PP was submittd along with additional documents which was requested from May 9. SO IF YOU SAY UP TO 15MTHS THEN I HAVE UNTIL Dec hummmm. Waiting Patiently lo.

ok So Money gram sucks! hubby has still not been able to pick up the money. He has been trying since Friday in St. Mary, Ochi and now Kingston. no luck all keep telling him different things. OMG so frustrated for him. So I am going to go collect it today and try western union. Grrrr!

I'm so sorry Carm. My husband has never had an issue anywhere on the island picking up money gram. He's had problems with western union. That's why I don't send them anymore. Hope it works out for you

Medicals are extended for 12 months from the day they expired so you are more than likely good until July 2014. You have nothing to worry about because they already have your passport. They would not have requested it if they needed you to re-do your medical.

15 months would be October.

I'm so sorry Carm. My husband has never had an issue anywhere on the island picking up money gram. He's had problems with western union. That's why I don't send them anymore. Hope it works out for you

thanks yea I am just going to stick to western Union only because he has had no problems with them before. its too bad cause money gram has a better exchange rate and cheaper.

Hey Nev, I think you said you live in the prairies.. Where are you from? I live in Alberta and it seems like a lot of people are from Ontario.

Chickie, I know what you mean about having nothing to do and being bored. I try to think that I should enjoy my down time while I have it before my hubby and step son get here. But it's hard to enjoy it and not just wish they were here! Hopefully it will be soon I know we are all hoping it will be by Christmas and I am praying too!

Oh yes, your poor hubby will be in for a very cold winter. Has he been to Canada before? My husband has never been and I know he is in for a huge shock haha.

He has never left the island!

One of his friends came to Canada in June on a TRV and he was complaining about how cold it was!
