Dear C.O.D,
The processing officer is requesting that you cease sending multiple large attachments via email immediately. Please understand that these multple large emails are creating problems in receiving other emails in the Immigration Program Client Service Inbox, thus affecting service to other clients. Attached pictures have been placed on your application.
As indicated to you previously, our office cannot provide you with updates by email on a regular basis, but rest assured that we will contact you if any action is required on your part. Your application is among many that require the same service due to the same nature of the family class application to which you have expressed.
The status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you and will be reviewed in accordance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category, based on the application received date. Following the initial review, you will be advised directly of the decision or any next steps. We continue to work hard to make our processing of Family Class applications as efficient as possible, while at the same time bearing in mind the capacity of our settlement community to support and assist newcomers with their transition toward making Canada their home.
In order to serve all clients better, we will be unable to answer further correspondence at this time.
Regards,
Immigration Section

Atleast they answered COG; I must say though, reading it made me chuckle...'large files" imagine how mad they were when they received and started opening your attachments.
Serve them right; send our spouses home and you won't your system clogged up
